Basic, contact verified, agent verified, availability verified, documents submitted, or premium verified. Each one is documented.
3. Request a viewing
Send one form. We timestamp it and route it to the listing contact. You keep a record.
4. Inspect with a checklist
Use the safety centre before any cash, MoMo, or bank transfer. Report issues from the listing page.
5. Work with a verified agent
Licensed professionals who accepted our code of conduct. You can see their listings and ratings.
6. Close with professionals
We are a marketplace, not a notary. Bring a lawyer for title, leases, and transfers.
