Rwanda Estate is a digital marketplace operated for informational matching between buyers, tenants, landlords, and agents. We do not sell property as principal and we are not a law firm, bank, or notary.

You agree not to post listings you do not have authority to market, not to reuse photographs from other sites as if they were current, and not to solicit deposits off-platform in a way that conceals the recipient.

We may suspend listings or accounts that fail verification, attract credible reports, or breach the agent code of conduct. Verification badges describe checks completed as of a point in time; they are not a guarantee of title, structural condition, or future availability.
